What are 21st century skills?

Broadly speaking, these are skills which students need to succeed in the rapidly changing world around them. They encompass critical thinking and problem-solving, communication, collaboration, creativity and innovation. These skills are more important than ever today, as students today will work in industries that do not yet exist. We cannot teach them about industries we do not yet know about, but we can equip them with the ability to learn new things on their own. We can develop them to be creative, to be able to generate new ideas and navigate complexity and change with confidence. So that when they leave school, they're prepared for the real world.

Our resources offer many advantages compared to a regular classroom, such as (i) complete flexibility to learn whenever and wherever you want; (ii) learn at your own pace, re-wind and re-listen to explanations if unsure; (iii) no peer pressure, make mistakes comfortably and learn from them; and (iv) personalized data-based tracking of strengths and areas of improvement.

Shouldn't my school be developing these skills?
